Fairs Management System

YL&A in cooperation with the Illinois Department of Agriculture developed from the ground up the Fairs Management System.  This system is a complete package that handles numerous areas to include Space Rental, Competitive Events, Mega Pass, Golf Carts, Grandstand, Admission, Parking, etc. This system has been running successfully since 2002.  We are now starting the process of marketing this system. Budget Administration System

YL&A in conjunction with Illinois State government has successfully installed and conducted state budgets since 1997.  The system reads from numerous agencies payroll, personnel and comptroller information to develop the required Illinois State Legislature (ISL) forms. Agencies that are using this system include the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Agriculture, Banks and Real Estate, Illinois Commerce Commission, Department of Natural Resources, Central Management Services and Secretary of State.
